PRICING• All listed prices are base prices, they might change depending on your commission complexity
• All prices are listed in USD (American Dollar Currency)
• Payment will be made via PayPal
• I do not do refunds once I have started working on the commission. I will inform you when I am beginning the commission, up until that point, you have the ability to cancel order for full refund.COMMISSIONING PROCESS:• Fill out the commission form to notify me of what it is that you want. All details and references should be added to the commission form. If you are unable to, you may contact me via twitter (@NiyumiVT)
• I will not start order until payment is made either in Full (TOTAL Price) OR 50%.• 50% of commission price will need to be paid in order for me to start the commission process (Model Art). The other 50% will need to be paid in order for me to finish the commission. (Model Rig)• Orders can be cancelled at any point, but there will be NO refund unless it is cancelled before I have started on the model art.• Depending on my queue size, I can take anywhere between 3-5 weeks to finish your commission once started on it. This is to ease the pressure of finishing a commission off of me, and leaves room incase of emergencies or sick days.
(2 weeks for art, 2 weeks for rig, 1 week incase of emergency situations) but could be finished within 2-3 weeks if nothing has happened.• As I am new to L2D commissions, I will only work on one order at a time, until it is completed (or until next payment is needed for those who pay the 50% to start).• After approval of Model Art, any new changes will cost $10, any new add-on expressions or toggles will be $5 + the regular cost.REFUND POLICY:• I will only refund if I have to cancel your order due to circumstances or the inability to complete it. We can also discuss everything and receive a partial refund if both parties agree! No refunds after commission is completed / 50% completed, or after delivery!COMMERCIAL USE:• commercial rights of commissioned models (for merch, stickers, etc.) costs $15.
TLDR: You cannot use the art I drew (PSD files) for merch without paying the $15 commercial rights fee. But if you commission art from someone else of your model, if ok with the artist you can use THAT in merch.• you have the right to use the model for profit via streaming services and vids including but NOT limited to: Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, etc.• you are allowed to sell the model as long as it is not for a price higher than what you commissioned it for, and as long as it is known and I am credited as the artist & rigger!FILES GIVEN UPON COMPLETION:• You will only receive the finished file of your model, ready to use.
• You will receive a high quality PNG of your model.
• I don't plan on giving ready-to-rig PSD files as I will be doing the rigging and it would complicate things for me as of now.
